We called this the "palace". It is located on a small peninsula so we had clear views of the sunrise, sunset and moonrise each night. A small bay on the east side was full of wildlife. Eagles were frequent visitors to the area and there is a neighborhood beaver. Listening to the loons at night was so peaceful.
Canoe parking was somewhat limited. The two tent pads we used were very good. There's another but it had some dead trees over it that were possibly worrisome. The kitchen area was pretty sunny during the day, but the western side of the peninsula had plenty of shade and a lovely view of the lake. Kitchen area could use another flat top rock for "prep" but otherwise worked really well for us.
Latrine has a janky broken seat and lid situation that doesn't fit, but that was the only true negative.
We lucked out with the bugs and didn't have any issues until the last evening when some black flies came out.

We got 4 hammocks in this site. 2 good tent pads in site. Nice view. Wasn't buggy on our visit but it looks like it could be. There appears to be a Seagull hatchery or early morning gathering spot on a nearby island that will wake you up at dawn.

Kitchen area was up a small hill and overlooking a small bay. There was a lot of room around the kitchen area. The landing was OK but little room for storing canoes near shore. We needed a lot of rope to put up our tarp.
