The landing is a very narrow trail cut into the brush, and it would be easy to miss if I were not looking carefully along the shore. It sits just behind a tiny island a few feet from shore, and the campsite is tucked back behind that.
The campsite itself is basically a small circle cut into the brush, about 20 feet across, with two big spruce trees flanking the clearing. The fire grate is next to the brush, and there is not much charcoal, so this does not look like a site that gets used very much. There is no seating around the fire grate, but the view out onto the lake is actually decent from the grate.
There is one possible tent pad, but I would not call it good. It is a little too lumpy, even though it is close to being usable. The latrine is up a hill, with one short, steep section to climb. Overall, this is a very small, lightly used site, though I still think it is a little better than the one to the north.
