The previous review is broadly correct. Very private, very heavily wooded, almost no breeze to keep the mosquitos away, absolutely fantastic swimming with a deep dropoff right off the shore. Firewood was the most plentiful I'd seen; there are a couple trails headed further W and NW which let you see Lake Three (and sunsets) and there was more firewood even in late August than could be used in a week. To get maximal tent pad usage you can spread a little further north; there are clearings with soft pine needles that allow for a larger group. We comfortably fit three tents with room for more.

Very private and heavily wooded site. Biggest drawback is bugs. Site is so shaded and protected from all directions there is no breeze to help w/ mosquitoes. They were awful. Firewood is also very sparse. Easy canoe landing and nice rock for swimming off of.
