I was paddling downstream in 2025 and made this my campsite overnight. I saw this campsite in the 2022 but did not camp. I love this campsite. Not burned during the last forest fire, so many green trees. It is also well protected from the wind and has a well constructed fire pit. There are not many good campsites between Linge and Knox, so plan accordingly to make this an overnight spot.

This is a really nice campsite. Great landing, nice level tent pads, nice fire pit. Lots of good fishing in close proximity to campsite.

Nice island site. Could be clear a little more to increase the number of tents.
