I was paddling downstream on the Knox creek in 2025 and got out to look at this campsite. I liked this campsite and would have stayed here if it was earlier in the day. It is on a low sloping rock outcrop and has a nice fire pit. The few flat tent spots are back in the trees that are not burned and green. Good protection from the wind.
