I was paddling south from Knox creek and stopped in here to look around. I agree with the earlier post...tent spots are gone. Some big trees have come down blocking them back up in the trees. You would have to camp on the bare rock outcrop by the large fire pit that is really nice. Perfect for cooking off of. Someone spent a bit of time to construct it. If it gets cleaned up with a chainsaw it could be usable again, otherwise keep paddling south to the nicer campsites.

This may have been a decent campsite at one point but there are some very large trees blown over that make this site much less useable. There is a decent tent area just back from the water on a small ridge. Had to cut my way back there though. The canoe landing area is not bad. This site could be used in a pinch but is not really a great option.
