I have paddled to and through Knox Lake many times in the past, and this is the first time I have stopped in to look at this campsite. I really like it. It is small and a bit of a climb up from the lake, but it has some level tents spots back in the trees that are thick with moss so would make for a nice bed at night. Small fire pit but still usable if you want to use it for cooking. It is not used much, so perfect if you want a low impact campsite vs. the one on the island to the west.
