I stayed here overnight and liked this site. I lucked out. The Park crews were here a few days earlier and cleaned it up with a chainsaw. Some of those bigger trees in the 2019 photo have fallen over. Designer fire ring with lots of dead fall around for cooking. The tent spots are tight but on nice soft grass that is level. Plenty of room to roam around on bare flat rock outcrop. After the recent forest fires, there is not much left in a 10 km radius for decent campsites, so take what you can get.

This is a burnt out lake and the camp site is pretty charred too. We eeked out a decent night here but had good weather. Lots of rain would make this site a mud hole.
