This site seems to have migrated west slightly from a burn to an unburned patch. You can still see the ring and table mentioned in the 2021 review, but there is now an additional ring just down shore to the west, which was unburned: it's all one unbroken, walkable shoreline with a slight slope to the water and plenty open space for tents in some pine duff. It's a long site but not deep, so maybe not best if there's a big south wind but otherwise very nice and pleasantly distinctive.

This site looked burned when we paddled past but we spent 3 nights on a much better one that we made on the height of land just south of here. It's not on the map but the fire ring is visible from the lake on the south side of the site. An elevated fire ring, completely sheltered and perfectly flat tent spot in the trees behind. I'll see if I can get it added to PaddlePlanner. See photos on map.

Nice campsite, there are two sections to this site. The west side there is a table/filleting made of rocks and the canoe take out. Short walk east to another section where I camped and had a fire ring. Nice spot to fish from shore and catch a nice sunset. There may be more tent pads but I wasn't really looking for it and don't recall.
