Could you set up a tent here? I doubt it. Calling any of the space there a "tent pad" would be a stretch. This is clearly a camp site for lunch stops. There's no place for a hammock, either. The best you could do is cowboy camp on the rock behind the grate. Plus, it's right on top of the portage, so there's no privacy at all. The grassy areas would be quite comfortable on a dry day to lie down and enjoy a snack before moving on.

Didn't stay here even though it was getting late in the day. Poor excuse for a site, immediately adjacent to a short portage that is not shown on the PP map. Kitchen poor. Couldn't find a decent spot to pitch a tent, so continued upriver.

We stopped here because it was available and we were worried about not finding an open site further down the river near the falls. Nice and flat, very close to the water. Pretty private stretch of the river as pennisulas jet out at both end giving you a private little stretch of the river. Wasnt much camp furniture, but it was ok. Easy to wade out in the river for a swim. Caught a couple northern from shore running a shad rap.
