I have paddled by this campsite in the past and finally had the chance to stay here overnight. I agree with Vern and I also liked this site. The tent spots in the trees saved me from a strong north wind. I was able to setup a wind screen with a tarp.

A very excellent campsite tucked in off the water and sheltered. Includes great views of Rostoul Lake (see photos).

Beautiful, small campsite with a gorgeous view. The site is lightly used as evident by the thick, soft lichen covering the area. We landed the canoe in the small sandy bay just to the south of the site. The only other landing requires you to scale up a steep rock face. Getting water was a bit of a chore. While relaxing on our chairs, we saw two ticks climbing up the chair legs. There is not much room for tents but it is perfect for one. There were fish breaking the surface below the fire pit area but we didn't try shore fishing.
