This island survived the 2021 forest fire and is very green. I was paddling north and got out to look around and was impressed with this campsite. It has a nice fire pit, a few flat tent spots sheltered back in the trees, and plenty of room to roam around. I have seen most of WCPP and I am not very picky when it comes to campsites. It is hard to find spots like this that are not burned to the ground. I did have to take some garbage out, so please do better than those paddlers and keep it clean.

This site was actually quite large for WCPP sites. The downside is that Haven Lake is becoming too popular and the sites are starting to show signs of heavy use by large parties. Not a premier site but plenty of room and quite level.

A small but usable campsite on the northern end of the lake. We had planned on a layover on Haven, but partially based on the site quality, decided to move to Rostoul the next day, and glad we did--we had a better campsite and some great fishing there instead!
