On my way back from seeing the Garner Lake access, I paddled over to see this campsite. From a distance I was hoping it was further east on the peninsula that is green and not burned. But sadly, no, this campsite is west of that and burned right down to rock. So no wind break and only flat rock to set your tent on. But on the plus side, it does have a decent fire ring (needs minor improvements for cooking on), easy landing, and enough flat tent spots with only some minor fallen trees to move for better spots away from the fire ring if you are using it. Not many campsite options left on this small lake.
