beautiful site. The west fire pit was too exposed due to the winds but there is a nice second one out of the wind on the south east side. There has been some clearing of deadfall, which we contributed to which opens good flat spots on moss for tent pads. it is quite shallow around the island so swimming is OK but not great shore fishing. Its a big enough island to enjoy exploring . caught a bull moose swimming the bay as we pulled into it.

I stopped in to look around and love this campsite. The island survived the 2021 fire and did not burn. Nice fire ring down by the lake with the tent spots sheltered up in the trees. The only downside is that it is small and best for a small group. This is the only campsite on Paull Lake not burned.

Gorgeous campsite which is also great for getting out of the wind on the main lake. Best for small groups.
