Years ago, I recall paddling around this island looking for a campsite and could not find anything. This island was burned bad from the 2016 fire and now the post-fire regrowth is coming back thick and many downed burnt trees. All of the campsites marked on this website on South Paull Lake are wrecked. Zero stars....paddle north to Paull Lake.
