There is no shade over the kitchen, but the surrounding vegetation could block strong winds from any direction. Unfortunately, they also mostly block the view from any direction. Only one tent pad is particularly good, and all the tent space is right next to the kitchen (small site). There is definitely no place to hang a hammock. The take out is easy enough for one boat at a time, but there is hardly any room for boat storage.

A pretty small site tucked away into the woods a bit. Our 3 tents and the cooking and fire area were all very close together, but it got the job done. Both other sites on this island are nicer, but they were taken by 4:30pm. There was a huge amount of motorboat traffic passing by. Landing was great, and had a good place for a sunny and windy clothes line. 2.5/5
