This site is pretty rough. The take-out is rather small, with almost no boat storage. It doesn't have a particularly nice view from the kitchen, which is basically surrounded by weeds. It has a single tent pad, unless you wanted to try setting up a tent on top of the ferns, which fill most of the rest of the site. There is plenty of shade, but that's also a problem, because the vegetation blocks any breeze from keeping the bugs away. There are no tall trees from which to hang a bear bag. The kitchen is in decent shape, however. The large tree that fell has been cut into pieces and moved out of the way, including a large segment acting as good seating in front of the fire grate. The combination of rocks and mucky vegetation make for bad swimming. This would definitely be one of the last choices I would make for sites in the area.

Small site tucked behind the brush. Protected from winds so it can be a bit buggy.
6/3/21: Stayed here for a few days due to a lot of campers in the area. A bear visited the site but luckily just passed through without digging through our gear.
6/5/22: The big tree in the middle of the camp blew over making this site not really useable unless no other options.
