As others have said this is a nice site tucked back in the corner of a cove. The landing wasn't the best with some shallow rock you need to avoid but not too bad. There are lots of small trails leading off from this site, some which go off to your west that lead you to the small "falls". In the fall when we were here it was more of a rapids than a fall but still a nice sight! The kitchen area was nice, although maybe a bit small/tight for larger groups. A caution to anyone else staying here during rain, we set our tent up just east of the kitchen and woke up to a puddle in our tent our last night after some long heavy rain. Given there was lower ground not far from out tent we didn't think it would be an issue, but it was. I would possible recommend setting up either closer to the trail heading north from camp towards the toilet, or in the openings down that same path that are up on top of the hill.
All in it was a great site, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this campsite!! Such a beautiful view of the lake and a lot of tent pads for bigger groups. Barely any bugs and great fishing in the rapids near by. The fire grate and seating is well put together and there’s a lot of paths to explore around the campsite. There’s also great trees to hang an Eno or a hammock if you brought one with you. Only thing we’d change is a better landing for the canoe - but you can’t complain about that when the campsite is awesome. Gaurentees great stays at this campsite.

Neat site of small overlook in its own private bay. Small falls 100 yrs away. Good fishing by falls, and back around into the main body of water to the SE of this site. Good sunset views in the Shoulder seasons. Lots of trails around the site.
