BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Up on a bluff with stunning views of almost the entire lake. A bit windy, but a breeze is always great to keep away bugs. Kitchen area is nice, spacious. Not much tree coverage - we hung a tarp for shade but it was quite the process since there are minimal trees to tie the tarp ropes off to. Tent pads are doable but not the greatest. There is a landing on the east side of the campsite - a bit of a steep climb up to camp. All in all, the reason we really liked this site was because of the view.

Very difficult landing - no good place to park the canoe and unload. Steep climb up to the campsite. Nice view on top from the kitchen. There is one "good" (flat) tent pad, but the soil is very thin. It looked like the previous occupants had to stake down the tent by tying it to rocks. There are other tent pads, but they are all rocky or slanted.
