Average campsite that is made better by the sand beach. With the beach, the landing is very easy. For swimming, it works pretty well. Most of the bay is weedy, but there is a portion on the south side of the bay that is weed-free. It is only chest- or neck-deep in the bay with a mostly smooth bottom. Some stairs lead from the beach to the somewhat-elevated kitchen. The kitchen area lacks shade (and it was hot when we were there - couldn't stay there for long). There is one tent pad by the kitchen and a couple more in the trees. Two of the tent pads are large, and the third is small. We had some trouble finding a hanging tree. Looking at it from the water, I expected more out of this site, but it worked well for us anyway.

Great sand beach. The camp pin should be moved 75 yards to the south west
