Landing is very difficult! Boulder field in and out for about 10 feet. Was even difficult fishing from campsite along shore line since it's all like this and you have to boulder hop out to get to a rock to cast from. Once in the campsite is pretty nice. Decent tent sites. The one back in the trees did have some trees leaning towards where tent would be. Very nice other tent side out by huge pine though. Kitchen area was nice and good options for stringing a tarp. Good access on trail along shoreline both ways but rock boulder fields still make getting access to the water difficult. We only stayed in this site when dealing with paddling into big waves after passing 8 other campsites that were filled. I used my monacle to assess that campsite was empty prior to leaving the island in between the two very nice sites on points to the West. If this had been full we'd have had to break the rules and stay on that island since wind was only predicted to get higher and last throughout the afternoon.

Both Tent sites were quite flat with some protection. Landing was limited but accessible. Did not see any small animals during a 2 day stay. Several large flat rocks out in the lake one could rock hop out. Several issues of campers/visitors not using latrine. Some paths to explore. Didn't see any swimming options. Kitchen area was away from water and elevated but near tent sites. Logs gaps were filled in to cut down on wind. Some trees for hammocks.
