This site is so close to being higher rated. There really is only one good tent pad and the hammock trees are limited due to a number of dead red pines (widow makers). Great sunset views and it is easy to grab water. However, the landing is very rocky and quite slippery. Very little traffic, if any, will pass by if you stay here.

Very rocky landing. Site is situated some 20 feet off the water in a majestic 2 tired setup. Not much for adequate tent pads. While the site is facing west, the view from the fire grate is obstructed. Some trails for exploration & it looks like there is some potential for berries. Can you say solitude???
