The campsite area is up high on a rock cliff and has an excellent eastern view of the lake. Nice tent pad close to the kitchen area and several others back in the woods. Nice raised bench by the fire pit which is close to the lake.

We were here in 2010 and liked it. With fair weather it is nice. It does offer protection from winds from the west. Overall its just Ok, But the great thing is the view and the proximity of the firepit to the water.

There are quite a few downed trees at this site. The site has a decent kitchen along the water that gets mid-day shade from a couple large pines. The site continues up the hill and a couple of the tent pads are back a ways from the kitchen area.
