I visited this site while hiking the Astid Lake Trail. It's right along the trial and is tucked back nicely on Pauline Lake. The site itself is small and simple. There's one nice tent pad and max of two. There is a picnic table as well as a firepit. NIce sandy beach here! Exposed to the north and west, so any winds out of those directions, you will feel it for sure. You can access this site by either hiking the Astrid Trails or by the 20 rod portage off the Echo Trail (The portage is short, but it's steep, narrow, and lots of rocks when you put in at the lake). If you stay here, you'll likely have plenty of solitude but you will hear traffic from the Echo Trail nearby.
