It is a hiking site, but there is kind of a canoe landing on the western side to access the Isabella River. The campsite itself was spared from the Pagami Creek Fire, though pretty much everything surrounding it was burned. Protected on all sides, so no view of the lake, but a short walk to the bridge gives you a great view. There are at least two good, flat tent pads. Might be able to fit one or two more. Overall, it is a pretty site. I gave it 3 stars, but it is a high 3.

Situated for hikers but, I suppose you could access it by canoe in an emergency. Really a nice site that was somehow spared (near by area around perimeter of camp got pulverized) from the ravages of the Pagami Creek fire. The bridge over the river adds to the ambiance of this site.

Nice site in a spot that is unburned. It is a short way down the PowWow trail from the portage and the bridge. Not a huge site by any means, but definitely nice to have a green zone and a gorgeous view to the west.

We could not find any evidence of this site. Heavy burn damage.
