I don't know why the Forest Service did not reopen this one. It looks like it would be the easiest campsite to reestablish. Yes, it would take a little bit of clearing, but not too much work. Nice open area for tents. Could put the fire grate up on a rock with a nice view of the lake. Pretty good landing, too.

Site is very much closed though I did find where it used to be as well as some leftover litter. It's weird that this site didn't reopen with the others as every site burned heavily on this north shore.

In July of 2018 this site didn't exist (burn area).
