BWCA Campsite 1968 on Trapline

This is a usable one-to-two-star campsite. While some one-star sites are nearly unusable, this one is functional. The landing is a decent gravel landing, followed by a climb up to the campsite. The kitchen has a good view of the lake, and the site itself is very basic. I found one tent pad, which appears to have plants growing in it, suggesting it has not been used in some time. The climb to the latrine is very steep. Overall, this is an acceptable campsite if needed but not a desirable one.

No tent pads to speak of. No benches around the fire grate. The biff is up a huge hill away from camp. Trees down everywhere. This one is rough, but the lake is kind of scenic in early season.
