Not the site we had planned for the night, but we had some wet people getting pretty cold in the wind, so we made it work. We fit in 3 four-man tents and a two-man, plus a dining fly. I expected bad bugs, but they were really not a problem. It was not a place where I would want to spend multiple nights, but worked fine for an overnight stop.

This is more of a rest stop campsite. Did the trick for a night but don't make this your destination spot.

If heading to Crooked, not a bad spot to take a rest after the long portage along the river. Good for 2 or 3 people.
