We got 2 hammocks in this site, had to put 2 back in the woods. 2 possibly 3 landings. Great seating area.

Nice western breeze through camp. Tents pads are rooty or rocky but not terrible. Kitchen area has a nice view. Good trees for bear hang. Very large snapping turtle roams the small bay sometimes along with huge northern.

This was my second trip staying at this site, and both times I found the site just "okay". There's usually a nice breeze from the west or northwest that keeps the bugs down. There is a very nice spot for hanging a hammock, but finding a flat tentpad is a challenge. There are probably four spots that work for a tent, but all suffer from rocks, roots, or blazing sun exposure. The kitchen has a nice view to the north and east. The landing is excellent and simple, but beware the bees! This is a nice site to basecamp for a couple days if you want to fish the lovely areas where Ottertrack meets Knife. This site seems to be used a lot, probably by people who shot for the one site about 4 miles east on Ottertrack and found it already occupied (as we did).

Nice ramp landing that leads up to an elevated fire grate area. Site is large and was too exposed, no trees for shade shelter etc. in main camp area. Best tent pads were back from main camp near the lakeshore.

Decent enough site, just used pretty heavily. Found a cluster of TP bombs out back; apparently the latrine was too hard to locate for someone.

Decent site. It looked like it had been abused a bit with some trees cut down and trash left at the site. We cleaned up as best we could.

Decent site, great location for sunsets over the Canadian cliffs, tent pads are a bit limited.
