Great site right off the portage trail. There is a nice flat spot for a couple of tents. Not ideal for hammocks but decent enough. There's a picnic table and a firepit, plus a thunderbox in a little secluded area. The top feature has to be the overlook onto Horseshoe Lake, it's a lovely rock outcrop which allows for an easy take in/out, but is great for chairs and just sitting watching the sun go down on the rock cliffs across the small bay.

Site is adjacent to the trailhead of the portage from Horseshoe Lake to Meditation Lake, but is quite private as it is separated from the trail by several feet of bush

Nice site with picnic table. Lots of level ground. Wooded area but cleared underneath, dirt and pine needle floor. Scenic with a nice shoreline and good fishing at the portage entrance.
