Overgrown, and awkward to hang 1 hammock. could fit 2 or 3 tents.

This is good spot only if all other campsites were taken on American Point. The ground is broken up rocky granite causing many downed trees in the site and most likely many unstable standing trees in the site / shoreline area. There are also quite a few widow-makers up in those already unstable trees. - If you follow the latrine trail and go WAY further back off the latrine trial, there are a couple clearings where the ground isn't rocky and the trees have good footing without widow-makers.
While this site is in a good location I would be hesitant to stay due to safety. We stayed one night and moved out of fear of what would happen if a storm came through.
The site should be altogether moved to a safer location.

There are better sites west of here, but this isn't bad. Small tent pads along a trail , fairly secluded spot so you don't see others on Sag. Decent beach. Good stopping point if you are being picked up the next morning at American Point.
