awesome site. lots of great pads. thunder box up hill a little ways.great view of lake. rapids right beside camp that you can wade in. we did this it was a blast. BUT. we all had a ton of little tiny leeches on us after. so enter at your own risk. its right at a portage so you'll definitely see people. really liked this spot. there was a decent amount of trash though.

Gross. "The Rock-Pen Portage Outhouse" The thunderbox is well-hidden, up the hill to the northeast. Because of this site's location and the hidden thunderbox, a lot of campers simply drop-trou behind the nearest tree. We found one, non-poop fettered spot to pitch the tent for our last night. Avoid.
