Big red pine grove on an island. The flat portion of the site is fairly small and houses the kitchen and tent pads. A large hill rises behind the site. The entire area is open pine forest, so it is easy to explore. The landing is sandy/gravel (not a beach). The latrine was interesting since it is flanked by a pair of giant boulders (probably glacial erratics).
