Small site but it's located away from all other sites on the lake. Suitable for solo or tandem but not larger groups with more than one or two tents. Fire pit located on a rock at the water. The prime tent pad is located up a slight incline at the rear of the site but is flat and sheltered. Put in/take out is located on the west side of the site. As a solo paddler I enjoyed this site and was perfect even though it was a stormy rainy evening.
The following information was kindly provided by J. Archer Harris from his website Paddler's Campsite Database (PCD) for Quetico Park. Please support his website and the paddling community by posting campsite ratings there as well as here.
