Thought this was a decent site. The kitchen is small, not lots of room for a larger group. Definitely seemed to be more critters at this location than I am use to. Didn't see much trash but could be poor fish remains disposal. I did see a snapping turtle near the landing though I couldn't tell the size.

Arrived late on the way out day 5, set up and enjoyed the end of the day. I had a couple friendly rabbits stop by along with a grouse, but after setting up and enjoying the setting sun the army of mice showed up. Dozens if not more were everywhere, had a couple climb right up my leg sitting at the fire. Nothing got chewed up overnight though, and if nobodies leaving trash there this isn't a bad stop for one or two tents.

Small, sandy landing. Nice view. The kitchen is OK - not the best, and could use some work.

Had to camp here after wind forced us to abandon a crossing of Loon Lake. Tent pads are pretty good, and it's open to a good breeze. The landing is difficult.
