Not the greatest landing, but not the worst in this area. Fire grate couldn't be more exposed, but that does give it a spectacular view. A very good tent pad is nearby which could probably fit two tents with great views out the doors. It's a top-tier shore lunch location on a nice day and probably an absolute horror if camped during a storm.

This site was completely burned. Landing is a shallow, sloping rock. The site is on top of an exposed rock. There is not much cover or shade, but it has a good view. There is one good, flat tent pad.

This is the last site on this lake that you want and we took it because it was still open. The site sits up the hill and is totally exposed to the wind because there are no trees from the last burn. There is one tree that works well for hanging the pack near the water’s edge. The one plus here is an amazing view of the Milky Way on moonless night.
