Good canoe landing. Kitchen area is open to the lake for a good view. Flat areas for tent pads.

This site has all the intangibles. Great sand landing, nice firegrate area and view. Rocky porch is nice for stargazing and fishing. My biggest knock is that this was easily the most used site I've ever come across. It felt like a messy house but I would stay there again.

Possibly the best overall site I have had in the BWCA, minus the bloodsuckers at sandy landing. Of the 4 I visited on Tuscarora it was the best. Provides shade and sun.

We were pleasantly surprised that this site was open. It seemed to be the only available site on the day we were here but it was probably nicer than most of the other sites on Tuscarora.

This site has a ton of room. Great for large groups. Kitchen area is open and nice.

A nice albeit very small sandy canoe landing. Nice firegrate area with plenty of trees for tarp etc. Lotsa tent pads of varying quality but the site will easily accomodate larger groups. Nice sloping rocks to walk on around much of the lakeshore area.
