fantastic site with great views of the lake, multiple rock lounging locations, ample flat tent sites some with grass or pine duff away from the lake. The only thing that could be improved was the firepit area.

Great campsite if it's not too windy. Due to low wind, we were able to camp right on the grassy point. However, probably not advisable if it's windy. There are a few tent pads back in the woods, though they weren't the most level. There's a nice rock ledge for jumping into the water near the point as well. A trail leads to the other campsites on the island, but you would never know the other campsites were there if you didn't go down the trail a ways. We didn't find a great canoe landing or great place to store canoes, but it was open enough so good enough for us.
