agree with other two previous reviews. only good for a short stay and def not a great place to be in bad weather if blowing off the lake. we stayed one night before a stanton exit. limited options for more then one tent but you might get two in there. two fire pits. one facing the main lake and the other faces the small weedy bay behind this site. tough to find firewood here. decent canoe landing on the main lake side or you can also land on the bay side if you want the canoe protected from any possible storms. we stayed in early august 2025. bugs were absent until nightfall. we had a breeze coming from the north behind us so it was encouraging all the skeeters to come to our fire pit. they went from 0 to unbearable quite quickly.

Small site good for a night or two if solo. Meets basic needs but that's about it. 2.5 stars.

Not a bad campsite to spend a quick night before exiting from Stanton Bay. Simple firepit on the rock overlooking the water with a flat tent area beside it.
