Small, shallow sandy landing. A couple of tent pads. View from kitchen is mostly blocked by trees. Some flat rocks out in front of the campsite. Cedars trees line the front. All in all, not a bad site.

Ham Lake gets more visitors than one would expect because it is not in the BWCA and therefore you don't need a permit. The locals know to come here for walleye. The sites to the West get more visitors and look nicer. Stopped here for lunch. This is a wide open site directly opposite the entry point portage. There is decent fishing along the shore,
