Visited this September 16, 2013 looking for this site. Got out to find about 3 or 4 rocks on moss but no evidence of a fire in firering. Not tentpads to speak of but you could bivvy on the mossy ledge. Easy canoe takeout though. The peninsula to the north on same shoreline looks more inviting to set up camp. Can't really recommend unless you want to begin to hack out/develop a site here.
