Roomy site with ample tent and hammock options. Pretty good take out on the point but limited accessible shoreline for shore fishing. Definitely can be exposed to weather from both the NW and SW. Nice fire pit.

Lots of folks call this a 5 star, but for a 5 start, I personally think solid landings , a good sandy area, and reasonable sitting logs are necessary.
That being said, this is a very good campsite, and will work in a pinch for a decent overnight camp.
It is on a pretty busy route, and we found TP bombs on one of the better tent pads, but other than that, it was more than adequate, but not what I would call 5 star.

Large campsite on tip of peninsula. Lots of trees, but open flat area between them. Nice stone fireplace for cooking. Gets windy at times, but protected areas available. Lovely views. It's in a high traffic area, but you are up high enough to maintain privacy.

Nice sized, great for a larger group. Great view from elevated firepit. A bit of a walk from landing to site, but not a big deal. This site is a real gem, in my opinion. I could see how it gets a lot of traffic based on its location, but we stayed there in late Sept 2012 and saw noone. Great sunning rocks at the landing. Moose was seen in the bay to the north of the site.

Very large site on moderate hill, easy access from open level ledge rock point. Windy from West but so roomy you can get back behind some tree cover. Well wooded with big pine of all types. Deep enough to fish off shore at camp.
