We picked this site out of necessity.
Decent canoe landing.
Not the best tent pads. One pad area was pretty good. The second one was spongey.
Nice views of the lake though.
We had moose cow and calf playing in the bay right next to the campsite.
We also found a ginormous bone at the base of the hill. If I were a gambler, I would say it was from a moose. Biggest bone i have ever seen in the woods.
No really good places to hang a bear bag.

Landing is OK. Lots of jack pines. Decent view of the lake. One good tent pad, and you could squeeze one more in if it is a small tent. There were trees hanging over the latrine. I would have stayed, but I did not see any hammock trees (and I had a hammock instead of a tent).

We passed by the small campsite. Fairly open but not a lot of room at this site. Henson Lake is beautiful, however.
