I don't know what happened to the firepit and kitchen area but it's gone now. Only one good tent pad. It's just a rock and a space for a tent. My ratings:
tent pads: one big one. Could easily fit a 4-person tent. But that's it. 2 stars
firepit/kitchen: none. Not even a good place to set up a kitchen area. If you have a campstove you can set it on the rock, but you're going to be cooking on your knees. 0 stars
landing: fair. I've had better and I've had worse. 2 stars
amenities: none. There isn't a single reason I'd return to this site.
Overall, it's a pretty minimal site. If you're just looking for a place to spend the night and have only one tent and a campstove, it's adequate. If you're looking for a place to basecamp for a few days, keep looking. There are sooo many better options.

Smaller less used site. Just fit a 4 person tent on 1 pad. Two tent pads are very well sheltered. Someone has put a fire ring in one of the tent pad areas. Has a small fire ring out on the rocks as well. OK landing.

Stayed here in 2011. This is a decent campsite. Nothing spectacular but provides a nice sheltered place to stay. Good put-in, nice flat tent pads and well-developed fire pit.
