It's a good site, but small. Lavatory needs to be across the narrow isthumus on the bigger island. The kitchen is beautiful with great seating and views of the lake. Would stay here again in a minute, but not with a large group.

Great camp site. When we arrived we had noticed that a storm had blown through previously and wrecked the "table" that was located at the back of the site. We made the best of it and it proved well worth it. Stayed here one night as we moved onto Darkey.

If this is the site I believe it is(there's a lot of islands out there), it's a sweetheart. Beautiful vistas in all directions and little evidence of abuse despite it's smallish locale. If you go there treat her with respect. It's size makes it more fragile than most. You may also enjoy the big nortons that inhabit the lake.
