Just surveyed but did not stay. Not much to add to the previous comments other than this site is a bit smaller than H4 and has different shore characteristics. This site has smooth, gradual, granite take-outs on both sides of the island. The north side is more of a deep water port for good swimming and diving when compared to site H4 which is shallower but H4 has a sandy beach entrance. Pick your preference.

This is a nice, high camp with a good kitchen. Stayed there three nights.

Really nice site. Large easy canoe landing on the east/south side of the island. Good swimming spot on the west side. Excellent kitchen/fire pit area.

Exceptionally nice kitchen and fire pit. Canoe landings marginal. Could be exposed on cold and windy days.

Visited for lunch after bushwhacking up Malone Creek. Nice site, kitchen and firepit to the West, landing to East. This is a heavily used site. Firewood could be a problem as would bathroom sites.
