Great island site with fishing from the shore, well maintained firepit, canoe landing, and great views.

Perhaps one of my favourite campsites ever. This site contains a broad granite dock the extends SW from the site. Not the greatest shelter from the wind but it was calm when we were there. great walleye and pike fishing just offshore.
Update 7/30/2020 - There is still some evidence of the fire that occurred a number of years back but the site completely habitable.

Would be a real gem, but was burned about two years ago. Is coming back. Nice rock front porch, easy landing, great views. With a larger group, sanitation would be an issue.

Possibly the nicest campsite I've ever stayed at. The tent sites are remarkably sheltered for such a small island.
