This wasn't much of a site when last reviewed, in 2007. I was headed for it but we didn't find it, it sure seemed to be completely grown over. Healed, you might say. We stayed on the next island to the north at a 3 star site, instead.

Camped here in 1997. Small site, but good for one person with two-man tent; not suitable for groups. Closest camp to the walleye fishing in the 'pinch' just to the west, where C.C. said it would be and to the portage into unnamed lake to south, where I did not find fish biting. [West end of Jesse very quiet during my stay.]
