This is a campsite that is very convenient if you are taking a tow out of Quetico as it is very close to Lincoln Island. While it provides this access to the aforementioned pickup site, it can get windy. The back side of the site is nice for wandering.

Nice site. Good landing, good tree cover. good tent pads. There are actually 2 sites in this vicinity, and both are pretty good. You can tell that this site is used pretty heavily, but it is quite clean.

Very nice point, well wooded with very large Red pine. Level, not too rocky, pine needle ground cover. Protected by trees around camp from NW winds; due west winds would be breezy. Good sized fire pit. Elevated about 6 feet above water and sloping higher as one moves back on site.
