On any other day, this site would have been a 0/1 star site but this site may have been the definition of Quetico on this trip, rough and rugged but protecting us when we needed it. We stayed here on 6/29/05 and had bad weather not been headed our way, we would have gone elsewhere. The canoe landing is nice and there is a decent fire pit, but that aside, it is a struggle to get one four man tent up. We were able to squeeze in three tents. The sites, overgrown with foliage, were a bit removed from the fire pit. The positive, a major wind storm blew in overnight but we were well protected.
